We believe a handmade Persian rug should be understood not merely as an object, but as the result of place, memory, material and human skill.
Every rug carries evidence of the hands that created it: variations in knotting, colour, texture and composition that make each piece individual.
SAMAR exists to bring these works into contemporary spaces while respecting the culture and craftsmanship from which they originate.

Across Iran, generations of weavers have developed distinct traditions of pattern, colour and technique. Tabriz, Kashan, Nain, Isfahan and many other regions each carry their own visual language.
